The Taunton Whist Club at the Elk's played 2nd game of the 2021 Season on July 8th, at the Elk's Lodge 150 in Taunton, MA..
Winners of the first session was the pair of Linda Silveira & Lorraine West with 41 points in 25 hands with a PPA (Points Per Hand Average) of 1.64.. Winners of the 2nd session were Greg deMelo & Robert Goncalves 38 points in 25 hands with a PPA (Points per Hand Average of 1.52..
Our next game is on this Thursday July 15th.. We are planning on playing weekly throughout the rest of the summer... Come join us every Thursday for Card Night at the Elk's if u like to play cards.. We have Whist, Cribbage, and 45 games all being play on Thursday night at the Elk's... Whist is play for 2 sessions on Thursdays starting at 3pm and 7PM... Come join us if u want to learn or play any of these fun classic card games... This pandemic is over, come back to playing cards face to face having fun while socializing with friends... The Elk's have a selection of great dinners reasonably priced with a full bar.... Come join us for cards and dinner on Thursdays...
